We mix metallic pigment into the epoxy and work it across the floor by hand, so it sets in swirls that look like marble or liquid metal. No two metallic floors come out the same.

We use 100% solids epoxy, not the water-based kits sold at hardware stores. It goes on much thicker and bonds harder, so the floor holds up for years instead of a couple of seasons.
Prep decides whether a coating lasts. We diamond grind every slab to open up the surface of the concrete and give the epoxy something to grip. Acid etching or a quick scrub doesn't do the same job.
Our standard system has four coats: a penetrating primer, a base coat, a decorative layer and a UV-stable topcoat. A lot of installers stop at two or three, and that extra thickness is a big part of why our floors last.

We roll out the base coat, then cover it edge to edge with vinyl flakes for colour, texture and grip.
